Yes. You can register, set up your account, build a map, and explore the workflow without entering a credit card. You only start paying when you run a live Operation.
How is Operations pricing calculated?
Operations are priced according to the resource on the ground - and therefore the complexity of the operation. A small one-off event costs less than a major multi-day festival. We'll quote each event up-front so there are no surprises.
Do I have to pay for every Manager?
No. The optional Managers (Inventory, Shift & Rota, Treatment Centre, etc.) are entirely optional and provide the most value for regular users. Add only what you need.
Are there any surprise charges?
Incidental and usage charges (such as SMS alerts) are opt-in. Nothing chargeable runs without you turning it on - so your invoice always matches what you authorised.
